A personal proposal for Helen & Paula
Helen should not finish a client meeting and remember she still needs to write a LinkedIn post, change a web page, chase an enquiry or work out how to build the next campaign.
Paula should not be building a regulated care business while also becoming its website manager, recruitment marketer, content writer and digital project manager.
Kindred does not need more things to do.
It needs a reliable way for the right things to get done.
The real bottleneck
Helen and Paula are capable people. You already know that marketing should happen, enquiries should be followed up and recruitment needs a proper process.
The difficulty is that digital growth is rarely one job. It is dozens of small, connected jobs—each requiring time, judgement and a different practical skill.
Good ideas remain in notes, emails and conversations. Not because they are unimportant, but because somebody still has to turn them into finished work.
Why a simple request never stays simple
“We need more carers.”
It sounds like one task.
“We should promote this HR service.”
Again, it sounds like one task.
Without somebody owning the whole chain, the original idea becomes another project for Helen or Paula to manage.
Now imagine something different
You are working with clients, handling important HR matters, developing senior relationships and winning business.
You are not finishing the day by trying to remember whether LinkedIn was posted, a page was updated or an enquiry was followed up.
You are concentrating on a safe service, care quality, operations, relationships, clients, staff and compliance.
You are not simultaneously trying to become a recruitment marketer, content team, web manager and automation specialist.
Meanwhile, behind the businesses
You do not have to coordinate five different suppliers to make any of this happen.
Sacred Reach connects it.What this looks like in practice
Not because every email triggers unlimited production—but because Sacred Reach understands the objective and sees the work around it.
Not just another supplier
A traditional supplier waits for a brief: “Please design this.” “Please update this.” “Can you quote for this?” Every request becomes another isolated project.
Sacred Reach learns the businesses, the objectives, the work already completed, the tone of voice and what has already been tried.
That makes a more proactive relationship possible.
“This is what we are seeing. This is what we recommend doing next. And this is what we are preparing within the agreed plan.”
A practical competitive advantage
Need identified → find supplier → explain business → obtain quote → approve → create → publish → move on → start again next month
Need identified → context already understood → activity planned → assets connected → launch → measure → retain learning → next activity improves
Sacred Reach should not start from zero every month. Over time, the working system becomes increasingly knowledgeable about Kindred, its audiences, messaging, campaigns, recruitment, successful content, enquiries and what has—or has not—worked.
The real product
This is not simply a bundle of social posts, web pages and designs. It is a managed digital growth capability sitting behind Kindred.
Strategy, copy, content, design, websites, landing pages, recruitment journeys, email, lead generation, forms, resources, SEO foundations, reporting, automation and ongoing improvement can all be brought into the same plan.
The value is not that Helen and Paula gain more disciplines to manage. It is that Sacred Reach manages how those disciplines connect.
What this saves Kindred from building
Recreating this capability internally eventually requires combinations of marketing strategy, copywriting, design, development, SEO, campaign management, analytics, automation and recruitment marketing.
Kindred does not need eight employees. It does not need eight freelancers.
It needs one accountable partner capable of coordinating these disciplines around the businesses.
How the relationship stays dependable
Broad capability does not mean unlimited simultaneous work.
The partnership gives Kindred access to wide digital capability, but activity is prioritised against agreed objectives and realistic monthly capacity.
That allows Sacred Reach to take ownership without Helen or Paula project-managing the work—while avoiding dozens of unrelated requests competing for attention at once.
Work fits the agreed planIt moves forward within the month.
A new priority becomes urgentIt can replace something less urgent.
It matters, but not immediatelyIt enters the prioritised roadmap.
It is a substantial additionIt is scoped and quoted separately.
Major software builds, major advertising activity, printing, specialist subscriptions and external services remain separate where appropriate. External costs stay visible and are approved before commitment.
The first business partnership
Helen keeps her attention on clients, senior HR relationships and winning work. Sacred Reach takes ownership of keeping the digital growth activity moving.
What Sacred Reach owns within the plan
Consistent Presence — £695/month
Three posts each week, selected graphics, scheduling, monthly direction, one nurture item, routine website copy updates and one meeting hour.
Digital Growth Department — £1,995/month
Working-week content, more active campaigns where capacity permits, deeper repurposing, resources, nurture journeys, pipeline improvements and quarterly strategy.
The second business partnership
Paula and Helen keep their attention on a safe, responsive and commercially viable care service. Sacred Reach manages the digital activity around recruitment, growth and visibility.
Campaigns, role pages, application journeys and clearer candidate communications.
Family and referrer content, enquiry routes, resources and focused campaigns.
Applicant stages, acknowledgements, reminders, checklists and stalled-step visibility.
Pay-rate, vacancy and competitor observations, followed by practical optimisation.
What Sacred Reach owns within the plan
Sacred Reach supports marketing, administration and communication. Kindred retains responsibility for recruitment decisions, safeguarding, DBS, references, right-to-work, care, compliance and professional judgement.
Launch Foundations — £995/month
Three posts each week, one active recruitment campaign, one recruitment or client landing page, basic tracking, routine website updates and one meeting hour.
Integrated Growth, Recruitment & Learning — £2,750/month
Working-week content, more coordinated campaigns, advanced workflows, segmented communication and protected capacity for phased development of Kindred's own learning platform. A custom LMS would be planned and released in stages within an agreed roadmap—not treated as an unlimited software build.
A future owned asset
The subscription alternative Helen and Paula have seen—£30 plus VAT per learner each year—may be the sensible short-term answer. A custom platform becomes more valuable when ownership, brand, workflow and long-term flexibility justify building it.
The expanded Caring partnership can protect part of its managed capacity for discovery and phased development: learner access, modules, resources, knowledge checks, progress records and renewal reminders.
This is a route towards an owned system, not a promise of an unlimited enterprise LMS delivered immediately inside a normal retainer. Pace would depend on priorities, content, compliance and integrations. A complete system required by a fixed date would be scoped separately.
Why the combined partnership makes sense
The saving is useful, but it is not the strongest reason to choose the combined partnership.
Kindred HR NW and Kindred Caring need distinct identities, audiences and priorities. They can still benefit from one partner holding the wider context, coordinating planning and reusing shared infrastructure where appropriate.
Less duplicated briefing. More continuity. Learning in one part of Kindred can inform the other without making the two businesses feel the same.
The foundation comes first
This is why the recommended build is not simply “the more expensive website”. It creates the recruitment and enquiry infrastructure that future activity can use from day one.
Recommended build
A professional website is part of the build. The larger purpose is to create somewhere for care enquiries, recruitment campaigns, applications, resources and future growth activity to work properly.
Clear services, helpful information, relevant enquiry routes and appropriate next steps.
Culture, expectations, opportunities, initial qualification, application and communication foundations.
Landing-page templates, downloads, conversion points and tracking foundations that ongoing activity can use.
30% to begin · 30% after architecture and core content · 30% after design approval · 10% before launch
A lower-cost way to begin
Still a professional Kindred Caring website—intentionally limited to the general website and basic forms.
Once a form arrives, Helen or Paula manually manages the acknowledgement, follow-up, interview stage, document requests and onboarding activity.
Both options create a professional website. Only the Complete Foundation creates the wider recruitment and campaign infrastructure the growth partnership can fully exploit from day one.

The recommended investment
The recommendation follows directly from the challenge: Kindred Caring needs the platform, and both businesses need consistent ownership behind it.
The first 90 days
Bring together voice, audiences, approvals, priorities and the knowledge Sacred Reach needs to work effectively.
Move from planning into consistent execution and begin gathering real signals.
Review what happened, refine the work and turn learning into the next plan.
The first 90 days establish the operating rhythm and evidence base. They do not guarantee a particular number of clients, hires or revenue.
What success starts to feel like
Illustrative future outcomes—not customer testimonials.
“I do not have to remember that anymore.”
“I sent one email and it was dealt with.”
“We finally look as established digitally as we are professionally.”
“Recruitment is not something we panic about when we are short staffed.”
“Our marketing carries on while we are doing our actual jobs.”
Simple communication. Clear responsibility.
Support begins through email. You send the need; Sacred Reach captures the objective, identifies related work, prioritises it and coordinates delivery.
Meetings stay purposeful rather than constant. Each recommended package includes up to two meeting hours per month. Under the combined partnership, meetings are coordinated across both businesses; face-to-face time is capped at two hours in total each month, with any remaining meeting time held online.
Sensitive HR, client and candidate information remains appropriately controlled. Professional, legal, safeguarding and recruitment decisions remain with Kindred.
Advertising, printing, job boards, specialist subscriptions and external services remain visible and separately approved. Large additions remain explicit rather than quietly consuming the monthly plan.
The transformation
Helen concentrates on senior HR work, clients and relationships. Paula concentrates on building a safe, responsive care service.
Meanwhile, marketing continues. Recruitment journeys improve. Campaigns are produced. Websites evolve. Digital knowledge grows. Opportunities are acted upon. Useful business assets accumulate month after month.
Kindred can keep building—without Helen and Paula having to carry all of this yourselves.
